He Jinbao and Matt Bild will once again teach a series of intensive training workshops in four countries, starting next month. The workshops will focus on training a variety of techniques with fighting applications to hard working students.

Bagua Sword Foundational Practices DVD
|
This new DVD introduces the training methods of the Yin Style Bagua straight sword (the Jian). He Jinbao teaches all 16 attack methods, each with 3 variants, totaling 48 different techniques. They are shown individually, in combinations, and paired with various footwork methods.
This DVD will provide the practitioner with a solid skill set from which to move into more advanced sword training.
